| The white cane which is accepted as a facility for the free moment of the blind and to the preservation of dignity, Security and opportunity is issued free of charge to any blind persons at his / her requirement. The free issue is operated through out the year without any concern about the number of times issued not confining ourselves only to the international white cane day i.e. 15 th October each year. We take pride to place on record the making of white canes are done by a totally blind person who has been trained in Pakistan. |
